In November 2018, we started The Agency Property Group, one of South Africa's first virtual real estate agencies, motivated by a desire to provide agents with a flexible, innovative, and future-proof real estate agency to partner with.
It was time for a fresh approach to the industry, time to provide a new model to an industry that was due a shake-up. A model built around the agent, not the agency, a structure that put 'Trusted Property Advisors' front and centre and assured clients of a relationship that lasted beyond the sale.
Having successfully established our brand in Cape Town, much of our success can be attributed to our sole purpose of putting our clients' best interests above all else.
Our Model
We don't believe in sitting at a desk all day in a small, stuffy office. Get out. Work in your community. Meet people. Enjoy the coffees. Some days may require a lunch break consisting of a hike up the mountain or a swim in the ocean. Embrace it. When your work and passion intersect you start creating an authentic network, and this is where the magic happens.
The real estate industry is changing and globally consumers expectations are also changing. Our aim is to not only embrace the change but, with our knowledge, experience, and unique approach to real estate, to continue moving real estate forward. Our mission is to become the most trusted real estate agency in South Africa.
