It was 2018, and if you had asked us back then what was missing in real estate, we'd have given you a surprising answer: heart. That's why The Agency was born-out of a belief that real estate shouldn't just be about transactions; it should be about relationships, stories, and real people. Kyle Leigh and Simony Santos knew there had to be a better way to connect people with the homes they were meant to live in. And that's why they took the leap.

But here's the twist: it wasn't easy. Starting a new kind of agency in an industry entrenched in old methods felt like swimming upstream. Traditional real estate was all about properties and numbers, but we saw something different. We wanted to build an agency that was about people first, because selling or buying a home is an emotional journey, not just a financial one. Our mission was to put the person back into the process.

"We started The Agency because we believed there was a better way to serve clients, and put our clients' best interests above all else," says Kyle Leigh, Founder and Director. "Real estate isn't just business, it's personal."
