Bringing a wealth of experience and a fresh outlook to an industry that was waiting for a shake-up, The Agency Property Group – made up of co-founders and partners Kyle Leigh, Simony Santos and Lynn Pinn - has ditched the traditional approach to the property industry by ridding itself of expensive office space, overpriced print marketing and other excessive costs. The result is a lean, agile operation that champions a transparent and honest approach to the business, believing that it is people, above all else, that drive the Real Estate industry forward.
This philosophy is even more-timely with fears that a rapidly-changing tech landscape will begin to side-line any real human interaction. In an industry that is ever-reliant on relationship-building and trust, The Agency Property Group is confident that it has the know-how and expertise to deliver on its promises.

Born and bred in Cape Town, co-founder and Managing Director, Kyle Leigh, has been in the property business for more than a decade, having spent the past five years working in global retail marketing. Simony Santos
Originally from Brazil, Simony made Cape Town her home more than 13 years ago and became involved in Real Estate in 2008. Simony boasts experience in both the sectional title and housing market and prides herself on her ability to adapt to a constantly changing market. Fluent in English, Portuguese, Italian and Spanish (and currently learning French), Simony’s experience and ability to go above and beyond for her clients have made her one of the leading agents in the industry over the past 10 years.
Lynn Pinn
A multiple award-winner with close to two decades of experience in the industry in both residential and development sales, Lynn Pinn credits her success and longevity to her passion for not only the industry, but her desire to ensure her clients are provided with the bespoke, world class services they deserve. An area specialist on the Atlantic Seaboard, Lynn brings in-depth knowledge of the area, and the industry as a whole, to the table.
