Introducing Elle Hooper!

Category press release

As somebody who loves architecture, homes, interiors and people, a move into the Real Estate industry was an obvious choice for Elle Hooper. Elle has been operating in the industry for 12 years and has never looked back, and with more than a decade of experience behind her, The Agency Property Group is proud to unveil Elle as the newest member of the team.

Originally from Natal, Elle moved to Cape Town when her two children travelled to the city to pursue a tertiary education. And it didn't take long for Elle to fall in love with the Mother City and settle in.

"Our city is a world class destination and I am so privileged to proudly introduce homes to buyers and buyers to sellers. Nothing brings me more pleasure than helping families find that right home, while I also pride myself on forming wonderful lasting relationships with all my clients."

The Agency's Managing Director Kyle Leigh said he was pleased to have Elle join the growing team.

"We could not be more excited to have Elle join our team," said Leigh.

"Elle has more than a decade of experience in the local industry and we are confident she will provide us with a strong presence in the southern suburbs market. She is well respected and fits the ethos of our business, putting the client first above all else."

We caught up with Elle to find out a little bit more about what makes her tick.

Why did you decide to get into the real estate industry?

I was already involved in property from a consultation and specification level, working with and advising architects and developers on various housing schemes, specifying finishes, lighting, etc. so moving into the sales side of real estate was something that seemed a natural progression of that. I really enjoy everything about the industry, from the houses themselves, all the way to the clients I engage with.

What do you love most about selling property / the real estate industry?

I absolutely love building solid relationships with clients and being part of the process of finding them the home that they really want. That is very rewarding for me as an agent, knowing that I have helped somebody find a home that they love and can grow in.

Tell us about your previous work in the industry?

I was with PGP in Natal (Pietermaritzburg and Hilton) for four years, PGP Llandudno and Hout Bay for two years and Cape Waterfront Estates for five years, where I operated in Hout Bay, Constantia, across the southern suburbs - anywhere my clients took me, to be honest. I didn't have many restrictions, so it allowed me to learn about all of these areas.

Why did you decide to join The Agency Property Group?

Because I know that we speak the same language and share the same ethos, values and professionalism. The Agency Property Group prides itself on building relationships beyond the initial contract and that is definitely something we share in common. I am really looking forward to getting started.

Any hobbies?

I love skiing, travel, running, reading and cooking - food, food, food! When I have time I also like to paint with oils. So, you can see I really like to keep busy when I am not working!
